Welcome! I am Dr. Kimberly Morgan, and I have been working in the Behavioral Health field for over 20 years. I have a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a Ph.D. in Addiction Psychology; both from Capella University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based care.

My experience spans outpatient counseling, school-based services, community mental health, and criminal justice settings. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds has reinforced my belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion—regardless of the challenges they face.

I believe therapy is more than simply talking through problems. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative and personalized because no two people experience life in the same way. Together, we'll identify your goals and build practical strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, substance use, or a major life transition, my goal is to provide a welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey.

Taking the first step can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and the life you envision for yourself.

I am currently offering individual, family, and couples therapy for individuals ages 13 years and older.

The name Live Simply reflects my belief that life can become overwhelming when we're carrying stress, anxiety, unresolved pain, or unhealthy patterns. Therapy isn't about making life perfect—it's about helping you gain clarity, focus on what matters most, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
